CONNIE KIRKPATRICK, C.F.M./C.F.O.

Connie started Mastectomy fitting in March of 2002. She was an Office Manager, Insurance Claim submitter, Orthotic assistant, Prosthetic assistant, and a Certified Mastectomy Fitter. Certification is signified by classes taken with the companies the products are purchased from. And by attending the classes, she was able to see all of the new products as they were being developed. Connie was trained by a female fitter that fitted and trained many others for many years. Times, products and practices have changed a great deal in the past 20 years. Mastectomy surgeries have changed, so have the forms that have been developed to fit the patient's needs. The mastectomy bra industry has also come a long way with better styles, colors, and sizes available to accommodate even younger patients with their surgical needs and issues. Connie has been Certified with ABC since September 2012. Companies utilized by Orthomedics for Mastectomy care are Jodee, Anita International, American Breast Care, and Trulife.
